What we collect. When you complete a form or contact us, we collect the personal information you provide — typically your name, surname, email address, phone number, job title, and the content of your enquiry. We may also collect limited technical data (e.g. cookies, device and usage information) to operate and improve the site.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis. We process your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a pilot or consultation, provide the services you request, and, where you have consented, to send you relevant marketing. Our lawful bases are your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, and our legitimate business interests.
How we use it. To reply to you, schedule and deliver assessments, manage our relationship with you, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing. Integrigate and LVA-Check are one merged business, so the information used to deliver your assessments is handled within our own organisation. We share information with trusted providers who help us run our business (e.g. hosting, CRM) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, and we may disclose information where required by law.
Storage and security. We store information securely and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Where information is processed outside South Africa, we take steps to ensure comparable protection.
Retention. We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
Direct marketing. We will only send you electronic marketing where permitted by law or with your consent. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us.
Your rights. Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact our Information Officer above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
