About Integrigate

Most trust decisions are made on incomplete information.

A CV checks out. A criminal record comes back clean. Neither tells you whether the person in front of you is being straight with you. Background checks look backwards, polygraphs are invasive and stuck in a room, and a "lie detector" reduces someone to a red or green light. So the decision falls back on instinct, at exactly the moment it matters most.

Integrigate takes a different route. Using layered voice analysis, we turn a short, remote interview into a clear, documented picture of where a person’s account warrants a closer look. It is not a verdict, but the insight a good manager needs to decide well. The model is screen, flag, investigate: our team reviews every medium and high-risk flag in context before you investigate with evidence. It works over a video call, comes back within a day, and scales from a single hire to an entire fleet tested on the road.

“Most organisations have no structured way to test the trust they place in people. We give our clients a consistent interview and a documented record, with every medium and high-risk flag reviewed in context, so each decision rests on evidence rather than a hunch.”
